1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon parsly flakes
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 – 8 drops hot pepper sauce
2 2/3 cups corn chex cereal
2 2/3 cups rice chex cereal
2 2/3 cups wheat chex cereal
1 cup silvered almonds
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a roasting pan, mel butter in oven. Stir in parsley, celery salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and pepper sauce. Gradually add cereal and nuts, stirring until evenly coated. Bake 35-40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
